DJ Doruk Cihan Yes it is a cliche but it was too early and it is not fair. I am deeply saddened that we lost a great friend and the music lost one of his big talents. There is nothing much to say except mentioning about his great personality and to share his big talent. He was one of the most famous DJ’s in Turkey and he was resident at main clubs like Anjelique and Wanna. He was living in Peru since 2006 and lastly was the Resident DJ of Drama Disco Club at Lima, Peru. Unfortunately two days ago he died in a traffic accident. I couldn’t imagine how it would be that hard to write the first one… After thinking about my first post and “writing – deleting” so many, I decided to write a “guidance one” about one of the most enjoyable part of my past work experience; which is Radios. One of the main goals of my blog is to help you to discover some of the best works about Turkish Music so firstly I will try to suggest you some important radio stations broadcasting in Turkey. When I am picking these radio stations, I consider them regarding to their musical format, quality of their broadcast over internet and I choose thus who are not speaking more than playing music!
